New to low-carb and very happy with it and the results (25 lbs loss), I am interested in Maintenance, the &quot;after the loss&quot;.  I can very happily carry on the LC way as it suits me so well - the energy I have is fabulous! - any interview/info on after the keytosis?

		<description>Aye, both Omega-3 and Omega-6 are required by your body in small amounts yes, but we are recommended to eat way too much PUF, meaning we eat way too much Omega-6 to provide balance.

The answer there is not to up our intake of Omega-3, but rather drop our Omega-6 intake. By eating more MUSF and SF.
